At AME Crafting, every order is carefully prepared to ensure that your products arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are delivered by express courier to the address provided by the customer or to an easybox parcel locker.

The shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Shipping is free for orders with a value of 300 lei or more.

AME Crafting reserves the right to change its shipping rates. The applicable cost will always be displayed on the website at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and the delivery location.

AME Crafting cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

We currently deliver only within Romania.

For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, with torn packaging or with broken or affected products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Please include clear photographs of both the product and the packaging so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, any reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
