Return and Refund Policy
Every AME Crafting product is carefully handmade with close attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please read the return policy below carefully.
Right of Return
In accordance with applicable legislation, including Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason for their decision.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

it must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;

it must show no signs of wear, damage or alteration;

it should be returned in its original packaging, where possible.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene considerations and the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

personalised products or products made to order;

accessories that have been worn or damaged after delivery;

products showing signs of use, scratches, breakage or alteration.

Please include your order number and full name in your message.
You may also provide the reason for your return, although this is optional. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, the return shipping costs will be covered by AME Crafting.
Refunds
The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the returned product is received.
The refund will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer.
