Warranty and Terms of Use

Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we pay close attention to every stage in the creation of AME Crafting products, from concept and design to handcrafting and final presentation.

General Conditions

Products purchased from the AME Crafting website are new, handmade and delivered free from manufacturing defects. Each piece is carefully crafted, and subtle variations in shape, colour or texture are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

AME Crafting accessories do not have a predetermined lifespan. When the recommended guidelines for wear and care are followed, they can maintain their appearance and functionality for a long period of time. However, wear and tear that occurs over time as a result of normal use is not considered a defect.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • cleaning, maintenance or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons;

  • improper use or incorrect storage of the accessories;

  • wearing jewellery during sports, household or professional activities involving a risk of damage;

  • exposure to factors or substances that may damage the product, including, but not limited to, perfume, creams, cosmetics, hairspray, cleaning products, solvents, chlorine, chemicals, sulphur, steam, smoke, dust or other harsh agents.

Products exposed to any of the factors listed above may show changes in appearance or texture, such as scratches, abrasions, discolouration, deformation, cracks, detached components or breakage. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

Situations Not Covered

The warranty does not apply in the event of:

  • loss or theft of the product;

  • loss of stones, pearls or other decorative elements;

  • damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Repairs

If a product has a workmanship defect, it may be repaired free of charge, provided that the repair is possible.

For any repair or assessment request, the product must be sent to AME Crafting in accordance with the instructions provided after contacting us. Shipping costs are not covered by AME Crafting.

If the product is found to be beyond repair, it may be replaced with a similar product of comparable value, subject to availability.
